We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Account Executive to replace a departing Account Executive at Southwest Florida's largest sign manufacturing and installation company.

Account Executive Job Responsibilities:

As an Account Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth and establishing long-term relationships with our valued clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Prospecting and generating new leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
  • Conducting thorough market research to identify potential clients and industries that align with our target market.
  • Collaborating with the design and production teams to develop customized signage solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Conducting product presentations and demonstrations to showcase our services and capabilities to potential clients.
  • Negotiating and closing sales contracts, ensuring profitability while maintaining client satisfaction.
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets and quotas, consistently striving for business growth.
  • Providing accurate sales forecasts, market intelligence, and reports to the management team.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
  • Representing the company at industry trade shows, conferences, and events to promote our brand and expand our network.

Account Executive Qualifications:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

  • Proven track record (3+ years) of success in a sales or business development role, preferably in the signage industry or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of sales techniques, lead generation strategies, and relationship building.
  • Experience using ShopVox to input projects and track progress.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate value propositions and influence decision-makers.
  • Self-motivated and target-driven, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Exceptional customer service skills and a commitment to building and nurturing client relationships.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, effectively managing time and prioritizing tasks.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software, particularly ShopVOX, and other sales tools to track leads, manage pipelines, and generate reports.
